TA Global Management Consultancy PLC, TA GMC had been established mainly to provide quality management Consultancy service and organizational capacity development trainings. The consultancy service is made mainly to focus on initiation & development of investment project feasibility study, market analysis and marketing, strategic plan, business plan and operational plan development and so on where as the training is made to include such as fundamental project management trainings, human resource capacity building training, fundamental management training and so on.
TA GMC has more than 25 high-level professional associate consultants who have extensive work experience working in various industries such Bank, ITC, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Agriculture, Import/Export, Investment Projects and so on. Particularly, Ato Tadele Assefa, the General Manager who is certified as management consultant by Ethiopian Management Institute, before the establishment of TA GMC, he had worked at senior and managerial levels in various business Companies such as Pharmaceutical Company, Horticultural Development Enterprise, Textiles Company, Automotives Company, Import-Export Companies and so on and had developed more than 20 years of multidimensional and intensive practical work experience.
Besides to these, he had participated in different investment projects implementation and monitoring in various private businesses companies. And, he had also acted as associate consultant in MCOC-Management Consulting and Organizing Service Company which is a local consulting Company and participated in developing organizational structure, pay structure, benefit package and formulation of job description for different business Companies and so on.
In addition to his qualification, first degree from AAU and Master of Business Leadership From South Africa University, he had developed various skills that enable him to work in the area of business and human resource development, developing company short and long term strategic plan, developing and implementing various company business plan, initiation, preparation, follow up and monitoring of various projects, preparation and implementation of different standard internal operating procedure and policy manuals.
